Members of the Board of the Finnish Anti-Fascist Committee signed a report to the police regarding the actions of the leader of the Kremlin's band of thieves, Vladimir Putin, during the war in Chechnya.
Under international law and Article 11 of the Finnish Criminal Code, Finnish courts may extend their jurisdiction over crimes committed outside of Finnish territory.
The Finnish activists called on police to arrest Putin as a suspect with probable cause in war crimes and crimes against humanity.
